Document retrieval in Kinmen County

For residents of Kinmen County, including Jincheng, Jinhu, Jinsha and Jinning, we apply at the local household registration offices, police stations and schools with your authorization, then combine the documents with translation and authentication at the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) headquarters in Taipei when they are needed abroad.

Request a quote for Document retrieval

Kinmen's close ties with Xiamen mean cross-strait documents are common. We handle them remotely and submit to BOCA in Taipei on your behalf.

Many legalization projects start with a document you do not have yet: a recent household registration transcript, a police criminal record certificate, a transcript from a university you left years ago, or a birth certificate from the country where you were born. Requesting these from outside the right office or country takes time and local knowledge.

Every document is different, so we quote each request individually. Send us a scan and you will receive a fixed price.
