Request a quote for Certified translationA certified translation is a complete, faithful translation that carries a signed statement from the translator or agency confirming its accuracy. In Taiwan it is often taken one step further: the translation is authenticated by a court notary or a private notary (認證翻譯), so that ministries, household registration offices, universities and foreign embassies will accept it.
We translate between Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English and more than 25 other languages, and we format every translation to mirror the original: seals, signatures, stamps and handwritten notes are all accounted for. If the translation will be used abroad, we can also arrange notarization, BOCA authentication and embassy legalization in one order.

Questions and answers
What is the difference between a certified and a notarized translation?
A certified translation carries the translator's or agency's signed statement of accuracy. A notarized translation (認證翻譯) goes further: a Taiwanese court or private notary authenticates the translator's signature, which many embassies and foreign authorities require.
Will my translation be accepted abroad?
Acceptance depends on the receiving country and institution. Before we start, we check what that authority requires, for example notarization, BOCA authentication or embassy legalization, so you only pay for the steps you actually need.
Can you translate a document that I only have as a photo?
Yes, a clear scan or photo is enough for the quote and usually for the translation. Some notaries and embassies need to see the original or a certified copy, and we will tell you in advance if that applies.
Why don't you publish prices?
The price depends on the language pair, the length and layout of the document, and whether notarization or legalization is needed. Send us the document and you will receive a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
