How a Taiwanese document becomes valid abroad
Taiwan is not part of the Apostille Convention, so documents follow a chain of authentications. We take care of each link.

Do you have fixed prices?
No. The price depends on the document, the language pair and the steps required, such as notarization or legalization. Send us a scan and we will reply with a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most clients work with us by email and send originals by registered mail or courier. When a step requires your personal presence, such as signing before a notary, we arrange it near you.
Can you handle the whole process, from translation to embassy legalization?
Yes. That is our specialty. We can take a document from retrieval through translation, notarization, BOCA authentication and embassy legalization, and send it wherever it needs to go.
Can I get an apostille in Taiwan?
Taiwan cannot issue apostilles because it is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Taiwanese documents are legalized through BOCA and the destination country's representative office instead. For documents issued in Apostille countries, we obtain the apostille in the issuing country.
