Questions and answers
Do I need to come to your office from Taipei?
No. Clients in Taipei can send scans for a quote by email and courier originals to us. When a step requires you in person, such as signing before a notary, we arrange it within the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court and Shilin District Court.
Can I sign a power of attorney without going to the notary?
No. Signature authentication requires you to sign in person in front of the notary with valid identification. We prepare everything in advance so the appointment takes as little time as possible.
The foreign bank sent me its own form. Can you use it?
Yes. We usually work with the receiving institution's form and add a translation or a bilingual layout so the Taiwanese notary can authenticate it.
